In August 1999, Carol P. Wagar started working for Independent Security Service, Inc. In May 2001, Carol was accepted to the Executive Protection Institute in Berryville, Virginia and was the only female out of a class of 47 attended by individuals from across the country with backgrounds in military, corporate security, law enforcement, and the security services industry.  At the Executive Protection Institute under the Direction of Dr. Richard Kobetz, Carol underwent vigorous training in Executive Protection Techniques that included firearms training, defensive tactics, and defensive maneuvers that filled many 14 hour days during the intensive training sessions. In January 2005, Carol became a NYS Licensed Private Investigator and the only female PI in NYS to graduate from the Executive Protection Institute in Berryville, VA.
